180kg bench press x 10 reps. 1 set. And I'm done. On paper, doing one set of 10 isn't really the smartest way of programming, but we don't live on paper....
180kg bench press x 8. Just one top set then back to my dumbbell work. My best on this is 10 reps when I was able to bench press 250kg x 1
